- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Used this company to service a boiler. They came and rushed the job, leaving the tank to fill up on it’s own. The tank was left to fill over night and we had a flood which has left us with a mess to clean. The water got into my kitchen cupboards and has resulted in the wood swelling, water stained ceiling, water in the walls and more. When they came out to access the damage they admitted liability. Days went by and they came out to amend their fault. After realizing the units are no longer available to purchase, they decided the toaster was to blame for the wood swelling (Never heard so much rubbish in my life). We went through the insurance to try and resolve this, but they didn’t want to pay and after previously admitting fault, started to deny they were at fault. This has resulted in weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls to get the issue resolved. Final the insurance got fed up with them and told us to accept their very poor offer, after not being able to reason with this company. Good luck if you decide to use them.By Admin, August 28, 2019
